Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in line with contractual requirements using Primavera P6/MS Project.
  • Establish project baselines, monitor progress, and provide accurate forecast reports.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure alignment of the schedule with the work breakdown structure (WBS).
  • Track and report project performance against baseline schedules.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including earned value analysis and variance reports
  • Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule compliance.
  • Attend project meetings and present schedule updates, progress trends, and recovery plans.
  • Assess time impact of change orders and variations.
  • Perform delay analysis and provide claims support where required.
  • Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all planning and reporting processes comply with company policies and client requirements.
  • Support cost control teams by integrating schedule data with budget and resource allocation.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant planning and scheduling experience.
  • Proven previous experience working with a main contractor on large-scale, high-value projects 
  • Experience in planning and scheduling for complex, multi-package projects involving both infrastructure and building works.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and contract administration (FIDIC knowledge preferred).
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and project performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
