BIM ARCHITECT (FITOUT)

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect with strong fit-out project experience to join our design and delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing architectural and interior fit-out models using BIM tools, ensuring that all design and documentation meet technical, aesthetic, and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for architectural and interior fit-out projects throughout all project phases (concept to as-built).
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary models (architecture, MEP, structural) to detect and resolve clashes.
• Prepare detailed architectural construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation using Revit and other BIM platforms.
• Collaborate with project architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately represented in the BIM environment.
• Implement and maintain BIM execution plans, templates, and standards in accordance with company protocols.
• Assist in developing parametric components, families, and schedules for use across fit-out projects.
• Review and validate fit-out detailing such as joinery, finishes, partitions, ceilings, and furniture layouts.
• Support on-site coordination by providing accurate model updates and construction support documentation.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and issue tracking for design and construction.
• Provide QA/QC checks to maintain model integrity and compliance with project standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Proven fit-out and interior detailing experience on commercial, corporate, retail, or hospitality projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools (e.g., Enscape, Twinmotion, Dynamo).
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and interoperability with other disciplines.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Docs / ACC.
• Familiarity with Clash Detection and Revit Family creation.
