About the job SERVICENOW ARCHITECT - FSM & WLD

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on Facility Service Management (FSM) and Workplace Service Delivery (WLD). This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise and government programs in Doha, Qatar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow FSM and WLD modules.
  • Define platform architecture, data models, integrations, and security frameworks.
  • Design and implement Facility Service Management use cases including maintenance, asset servicing, vendor coordination, and service requests.
  • Architect Workplace Service Delivery solutions covering space management, workplace reservations, employee experience, and on-site services.
  • Align FSM and WLD solutions with ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and HRSD where applicable.
  • Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems.
  • Drive automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and business rules.
  • Act as technical authority for FSM/WLD initiatives and provide governance across teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable architecture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architect-level responsibility.
  • Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM and WLD.
  • Strong expertise in platform architecture, CMDB, and data models.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations and automation.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise or government programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-FSM, CIS-WSD (Workplace).
  • Experience with mobile, reporting, and performance analytics in ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of facilities management systems, workplace technologies, or smart building integrations.
  • Experience in Qatar or Middle East government projects (preferred).
