Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence Lead to act as a hybrid change agent bridging classical Operational Excellence (OPEX) methodologies with modern AI-driven transformation levers.

This role will be central in driving end-to-end performance improvement initiatives across business functions, embedding AI-enabled automation, analytics, and digital tools into core processes to deliver measurable value. The successful candidate will combine hands-on execution skills with strategic advisory capabilities, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives while delivering tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process optimization projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process mining techniques.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and automation use cases with measurable impact on cost, quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Design and deploy pilots and MVPs in collaboration with IT, Data Science, and Business stakeholders.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for ongoing performance tracking and benefit realization.
  • Facilitate change management and adoption across functions and organizational levels.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, aligning transformation initiatives with strategic priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

Operational Excellence Expertise

  • Proven track record in process re-engineering, lean management, and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
  • Experience with process mining and BPMN tools (Celonis, Signavio, etc.) and workflow automation platforms.
  • Strong execution mindset ability to move from diagnosis to measurable impact rapidly.

AI & Digital Enablement

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI, RPA).
  • Hands-on experience with AI/automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Azure AI, Dataiku, etc.).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Working knowledge of data governance, analytics, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Change & Stakeholder Management

  • Strong facilitation skills to bridge business, data science, and IT teams.
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption of digital tools and embedding new ways of working.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical content into business impact.
