Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage, and supervise all Testing & Commissioning activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, strategies, and schedules in coordination with project teams.
  • Review design documents, method statements, risk assessments, and commissioning procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and operational issues during commissioning.
  • Manage T&C teams to ensure timely execution of works and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor system performance and prepare detailed reports, test certificates, and handover documentation.
  • Ensure all commissioning works are completed as per international codes, project specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and training to junior engineers and site staff.



  • Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC construction industry.
    • Strong contracting background with proven success in delivering large-scale projects.
    • Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems commissioning.
    • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
