TESTING & COMMISSIONING MANAGER

Job Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and supervise all Testing & Commissioning activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, strategies, and schedules in coordination with project teams.
- Review design documents, method statements, risk assessments, and commissioning procedures to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and operational issues during commissioning.
- Manage T&C teams to ensure timely execution of works and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor system performance and prepare detailed reports, test certificates, and handover documentation.
- Ensure all commissioning works are completed as per international codes, project specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and training to junior engineers and site staff.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC construction industry.
- Strong contracting background with proven success in delivering large-scale projects.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems commissioning.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
