JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, a solid understanding of IT service management processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Configure and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and Script Includes.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
  • Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, tables, and CMDB structures.
  • Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, or CSM.
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and version testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance problems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and Automation.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management.
  • Experience in managed services or large enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of CMDB data models and best practices.
