Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Arabic-speaking Customer Experience (CX) Consultant to serve as the sole advisor supporting the Head of CX (also referred to as BEX) in a Government Authority. This is a strategic, hands-on role based onsite in Riyadh, focused on strengthening the authoritys customer experience capabilities and laying the foundation for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the dedicated consultant to the Head of CX, providing strategic and operational support.
  • Design and develop a government entity satisfaction index to measure and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of CX-related projects, including ideation, planning, and preliminary structuring.
  • Support the execution of ongoing CX initiatives and monitor their impact.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the authoritys digital transformation goals.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards for executive review.
  • Facilitate workshops or interviews as needed with relevant government stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer experience strategy, measurement, or design, ideally in the public sector or with government entities.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; strong English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Strong background in designing satisfaction indexes or experience measurement frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Prior experience working onsite in KSA, preferably with digital government or regulatory bodies, is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.

Engagement Details:

  • Onsite presence in Riyadh is required throughout the engagement.
  • Consultant will work directly with the Head of CX/BEX, with limited internal team support.
  • This is a strategic builder role, ideal for professionals who enjoy shaping and structuring CX functions from the ground up
