Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead and oversee key digital initiatives for a prestigious client in Riyadh. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in digital transformation, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within the public sector.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional streams, manage executive-level relationships, and ensure successful execution of digital programs aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
Act as the stream lead for digital programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Oversee program governance, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on scope and schedule.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, ministries, and government entities.
Drive adoption of innovative technologies, best practices, and digital operating models.
Ensure business value realization through measurable impact on efficiency, citizen engagement, and service delivery.
Provide thought leadership in public sector transformation and act as a key advisor to client leadership teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Saudi national (mandatory).
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in digital transformation leadership roles.
Proven experience in public sector digital transformation programs.
Strong background in program/project management with hands-on delivery expertise.
Demonstrated ability to manage executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor at C-suite and ministry level.
Expertise in change management, digital strategy, and operating model design.
