About the job ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems (power, lighting, fire alarm, low current) using Revit and related software.

Generate electrical shop drawings, layouts, and schematics from BIM models.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, GCC regulations, and international standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).

Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to identify and resolve design clashes.

Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and implement solutions.

Participate in coordination meetings to support integration with other disciplines.

Prepare accurate As-Built BIM models and detailed documentation for project handover.

Deliver high-quality BIM outputs within agreed deadlines.
Key Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical BIM modeling, with at least 2 years on GCC projects.

Proven experience with design consulting firms in the Middle East.

Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm).

Familiarity with GCC authority standards (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, etc.) and international codes.

Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
