We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural BIM Modeler Fit-Out to join our design and construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality BIM models focused on interior fit-out works for commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail projects. You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to deliver coordinated and constructible models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate and detailed BIM models (LOD 300-400) for architectural fit-out and interior design projects using Revit and related BIM software
  • Prepare shop drawings, schedules, and detailed 2D/3D documentation from BIM models
  • Coordinate and integrate architectural models with MEP, structural, and other disciplines to detect and resolve clashes
  • Ensure all models adhere to project BIM standards, naming conventions, and workflows
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical support to design and site teams
  • Work closely with interior designers, FF&E teams, and consultants to reflect design intent accurately in models
  • Assist in updating models as per design changes, RFIs, or site modifications
  • Support the BIM Manager in implementing and enforcing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and other documentation.
  • Maintain model health and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with a strong portfolio of fit-out projects.
  • Experience in modular construction or prefabricated interior systems.
  • Experience working on high-end commercial, retail, or hospitality interiors.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks; knowledge of BIM 360, Enscape, or Twinmotion is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction detailing, joinery, material specifications, and finishes.
  • Familiar with international and local building codes and standards related to fit-out works.
  • Experience with clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
