STRUCTURAL DESIGNER

The Structural Designer will be responsible for preparing, developing, and reviewing structural design deliverables for onshore oil and gas projects during the Engineering Phase, including FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detail Design. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in structural design, engineering codes, and ADNOC project standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and develop structural drawings, layouts, and design calculations in accordance with project specifications and ADNOC standards.
• Review and update structural design deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detail Design requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Process, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation) to ensure design integration.
• Participate in design reviews, constructability assessments, and technical meetings.
• Ensure all structural design activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Support the preparation of as-built drawings and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to structural design and interface with other engineering disciplines.
• Maintain design documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables in line with project schedules.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Structural Designer in onshore oil and gas projects.
• Strong experience in the Engineering Phase FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detail Design.
• ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
• Proficient in structural design software such as STAAD Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of international and ADNOC structural codes, standards, and best practices.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be immediately available to join.
