INFRASTRUCTURE BIM COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate BIM models across all infrastructure-related disciplines
• Develop, update, and review BIM models to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
• Manage clash detection processes, perform model audits, and generate comprehensive Navisworks coordination reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical and coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the federated model throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage the LOD Matrix and contribute to the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in BIM coordination for infrastructure or civil engineering projects and previous experience in the Middle East projects.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and related coordination tools.
• Solid understanding of BIM workflows, standards, LOD definitions, and model coordination practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and multidisciplinary models.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks within project timelines.
