Role Summary
The Senior Business Excellence Specialist will drive excellence frameworks, process transformation, service-level design, and governance improvements across real estate development and asset operation functions. The role enhances organizational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, or assess governance instruments relevant to real estate operations, development management, health and safety, customer service, and facility management.
- Lead process design, mapping, and development across development, sales, leasing, asset management, and community management functions.
- Support process transformation initiatives, operational improvements, and change management.
- Develop cross-department SLAs for development, operations, finance, procurement, and customer-facing functions.
- Deliver excellence-related training, awareness sessions, and capability-development programs.
- Support the organizations alignment with excellence frameworks (EFQM, Dubai/Abu Dhabi excellence standards, or internal quality frameworks).
Required Qualifications and Experience

10+ years of experience in business excellence, operations transformation, or governance within real estate or large asset-intensive organizations.

Strong knowledge of real estate development and operational processes.

Experience with quality frameworks, SLA design, and process reengineering.

Experience in delivering training and organizational capability building.
