ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSMEN

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, revise, and develop architectural shop drawings in line with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate drawing submissions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings for construction, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Review design drawings and provide technical input to resolve discrepancies or conflicts.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for easy reference and approvals.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven expertise in AutoCAD and preparation of architectural shop drawings.
• Experience working on large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of drafting standards, detailing, and technical specifications.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
