Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential prospect from USA along with that facilitating face to face meetings and virtual meetings for the person who would be travelling and managing certain revenue numbers. This role requires excellent communication skills, proactive outreach, and the ability to manage a defined KRA's.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct data mining and research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential prospects, with a focus on expanding Duncan & Ross reach in the given territory.
Perform cold calling and outreach activities to initiate discussions and try to get as many meetings as possible (virtual and face to face).
Schedule, plan, and coordinate face-to-face meetings for reporting managers travel to the USA.
Manage and participate in technical discussion for proposal preparation.
Should have strong command on the data management, hunt new prospects and up to date with latest industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and support business development initiatives.
If defined KRA's are taken care by the individual, then of course next step would be his/her travel to the USA.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Must be aggressive in cold calling and follow ups.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Well versed with some Go-to-Market Intelligence Platforms for data search/mining.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation strategies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in consulting, engineering is advantageous.
