Key Responsibilities
Provide support via email, chat, and phone
Assist with updates, changes, and general client inquiries
Share helpful information related to upcoming travel plans and arrangements
Follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure they feel prepared

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
