Driver Qualification;

Must be 21 and have a Valid Class A CDL with at least 6 months OTR within 12 months experience or at least 12 months in the past 5 years.

Clean driving record

Violations:

No more than 2 Moving violations in the last 2 years

No Serious traffic violations in last 12 months, which include: Hand-Held device, Reckless driving, speeding over 15 mph or more, following too closely, Seatbelt ticket in CMV. Failing to Obey traffic device, erratic driving, improper lane change and/or leaving the scene of an accident.

Accidents:

No more than 1 on road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years

No Major preventable accidents in last 5 years (jack knife, overturn, etc)

No more than 3 incidents in the past 2 years

No SAP DRIVERS

Must PASS HAIR FOLLICLE & URINE TEST
