The Sales Engineer/Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, experience in the software industry, and a passion for selling innovative technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Sales products to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders and understand their business needs and pain points.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value and benefits of our AI computer vision products.
- Collaborate with other sales representatives, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities, and close deals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Monitor market trends and competitors and provide feedback to the product and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality only**
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools, such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome objections and close deals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of AI and computer vision technologies is a plus.
