JOB SUMMARY:

The D365 Functional Manager will lead a team of functional consultants in delivering Dynamics 365 CE on-premises solutions. The role involves requirement gathering, stakeholder management, solution design, and ensuring functional delivery aligns with business goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead functional design and process mapping workshops

Oversee solution architecture for functional components

Collaborate with stakeholders to align D365 features with business needs

Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants

Coordinate with development and QA teams for end-to-end delivery

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

8+ years of experience in D365 CE implementations

Strong knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules

Experience managing teams and project delivery

Expertise in on-prem deployment and configuration

SOFT SKILLS:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
