We are seeking a meticulous and communicative individual to join our team as an Administrative Data Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our extensive customer database, which includes approximately 8000 contacts. Your primary tasks will involve contacting each customer to verify their contact information and ensure accuracy in our database. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting mass mail-outs using Zoho, an email automation platform. While this position is primarily administrative in nature, strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with our Australian customer base over the phone.


  • Conduct calls to customers within our database to validate contact information and update records accordingly.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data within the database.
  • Execute mass mail-outs using Zoho, adhering to established email sequences and templates.
  • Communicate effectively with Australian customers, aiding and resolving queries as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize database management processes and workflows.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on database maintenance activities.


  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to database management.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, with proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with Zoho or similar email automation platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
