Our client engaged in international and domestic trading, logistics, and investment support across multiple industries

Location: Admiralty

Salary: negotiable

Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri, 9am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting

  • Handle daily accounting (e.g. daily posting voucher, payment & receipt).
  • Expenses Accrual & Allocation
  • Issue debit note
  • Assist in both internal and external audit processes, including the preparation of schedules, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Review and verify reimbursement claims (Business Trip and Entertainment expenses) to ensure compliance with company policy.
  • Reporting: Monthly Entertainment Expense Reports & Business Result Report, etc.
  • Manage fixed asset registration, tagging, physical count, and depreciation record updates.

2. Admin

  • Manage office supplies, pantry items, and inventory control.
  • Handle office-related expenses (utilities, etc.) and liaise with building management.
  • Oversee the company car, including maintenance scheduling, insurance renewal, and driver coordination.
  • Arrange hotel bookings and cross-border car services for visiting guests.

3. Secretarial Support

  • Golf Coordination: Receive external golf invitations, confirm with the President, and liaise with external secretaries to coordinate.
  • Assist handle the Presidents expense reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above; holder of LCCI Level III certificate.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Administration.
  • Experience in SAP.
  • Languages: English and Chinese; Basic Japanese (JLPT N3) is preferred
