Retail Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate (Japanese Fashion Brand)

About: Our client, a Japanese fashion brand is expanding to Hong Kong and currently hiring Retail Sales Associate / Operation Assistant

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Working Hour: 5 days' week, 8 hours shift

Salary: 18K (Retail Sales Associate), 18.5 - 19K (Operation Assistant)

工作職責

• 負責店舖日常銷售工作
• 協助商品陳列、整理及補貨
• 協助庫存管理及店舖日常營運
• 維持店舖整潔及品牌形象
• 協助達成店舖銷售目標

職位要求

• 副學士學位或以上
• 歡迎應屆畢業生
• 對服飾零售及時尚穿搭有興趣
• 具日語能力（JLPT N2或以上）者優先
• 能以 中文及英語 溝通
• 具良好溝通能力及顧客服務意識
• 主動積極、具團隊合作精神
• 具零售或服飾銷售經驗者優先
• 營運助理職位（協助店舖及面試支援、商務洽談、文書工作、員工培訓，以及日本駐港人員支援）

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily retail sales and customer service in store
• Assist with product display, merchandising and replenishment
• Support inventory management and daily store operations
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand image
• Assist in achieving store sales targets
• For Operation Assistant role (assist with store and interview support, business negotiations, clerical tasks, staff training, and Jap expatriate support)

Requirements

• Associate degree or above
• Fresh gradate are welcome
• Retail or fashion sales experience is preferred
• Native Cantonese with proficiency in Chinese and English
• Japanese ability (JLPT N2 or above) is preferred
• Interest in fashion retail and styling
• Good communication skills and strong customer service mindset
• Proactive, responsible and a team player
