Market Development Support Senior Clerk

Company: Our client is a trading and logistics firm specializing in food, beverages, IT, and supply chain solutions, serving clients worldwide

Location: Hung Hom

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Salary: HKD18,000 – 23,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Handle business operations to expand exports of Japanese food products and ingredients to Hong Kong, and Asia
• Plan, propose, and manage promotional events for Japanese food products, coordinating with partner companies
• Conduct marketing research, collect and analyze data, design surveys, and compile reports
• Support expansion of distribution channels, engage in sales activities, and build networks

Requirements

• Native Cantonese, business level Japanese JLPT N1, and business level English, conversational Mandarin with typing ability
• Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, able to prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
• Graphic design software knowledge preferred, but not required
• Marketing knowledge advantageous, but not mandatory

Experience

• 5 years or above professional Marketing work experience
• Background in food industry preferred, logistics not required
• Experience in promotional events, or PR work valued
• Overseas work experience in Hong Kong, or Asia welcome

• Strong sense of responsibility, innovative mindset, not limited by existing frameworks
• Outgoing personality, sales experience an advantage for partner negotiations
• Active on social media, with awareness of trends in Hong Kong, and Asia
