Our client, a world-class international airline, is seeking a professional and mature Passenger Sales & Marketing specialist to join their Hong Kong corporate sales team. This role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of B2B Japanese corporate clients. Unlike high-pressure sales environments, this position prioritizes long-term relationship building and stable account management.

We are looking for candidates with a composed and professional demeanor who can effectively bridge the gap between high-level corporate needs and premium aviation services.

Position: Sales & Marketing  Officer (Corporate Sales)

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui 

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through strategic lead generation and networking.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing corporate clients and Travel Management Companies to maximize travel volume.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze account activity for regular reporting.
  • Prepare professional proposals and negotiate contracts to secure corporate agreements.
  • Deliver high-quality sales presentations to promote airline products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Office to formulate and implement corporate sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Qualifications Register Level 3 or above.
  • At lease 3 years B2B sales experience ; Related experience in the airline or travel industry is a BIG advantage.
  • Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and Business level proficiency in English is essential. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel). Familiarity with Salesforce, MIDT, DocuSign, or PRISM is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to analyze market trends.
