Our client is a Japanese trading company specializing in food machinery. Due to business expansion, they are now hiring an additional staff member to support their growing operations. This is a newly created role to strengthen the team and provide support in purchasing and maintenance coordination.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the existing maintenance team (5 members) to handle orders, parts management, and maintenance reports.
  • Provide administrative support for machinery installation projects (including food production equipment).
  • Assist in coordinating repair requests by arranging schedules and assigning maintenance staff.
  • Occasional support in machinery installation projects, with performance-based bonus opportunities.

Requirements

  • No license or prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Strong interest in machinery and willingness to learn.
  • Native Cantonese speaker with fluent Japanese JLPT N1 (for communication with Japanese manufacturers).
  • Honest, reliable, and comfortable with administrative tasks as the main responsibility.
  • Open to male or female applicants; young and energetic candidates preferred to match the current team.

Package

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Office); Alternate Saturdays 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (WFH)
