Work Location: Kwai Fong
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary: Basic (negotiable) + Commission
Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead revenue growth and strategic initiatives across the Hong Kong and Macau markets. This individual will oversee a dedicated commercial team and play a critical role in shaping business direction across both B2B and B2C sectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and report directly to Division General Manager to align sales objectives with organizational goals
- Drive commercial outcomes by coaching and guiding a regional sales force toward achieving revenue and margin targets for Hong Kong and Macau Territory
- Develop and refine market-specific strategies, ensuring effective execution across multiple sales channels
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations including forecasting, inventory oversight, pricing strategies, and product planning
- Support executive leadership with special projects and operational priorities as needed
- Occasional regional travel to markets including Japan, Thailand, and Mainland China (12 trips annually)
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years commercial sales experience in the ICT (information and communications technology) or stationery sectors, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Familiarity with distribution networks, wholesale operations, or retail chain dynamics is preferred
- Established industry network with systems integrators and ICT solution providers will be advantageous
- Native Cantonese with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively, foster collaboration, and deliver results
- Strong interpersonal communication and decision-making capabilities
