Head of Sales / Division Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with the Division General Manager to align sales objectives with corporate goals
• Provide leadership and coaching to a regional sales force, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets
• Formulate and execute market‑specific strategies across multiple channels, balancing B2B and B2C priorities
• Manage end‑to‑end sales operations, including forecasting, pricing, inventory oversight, and product planning
• Consolidate performance reports from multiple teams, analyze market trends, and present actionable insights to executive leadership
• Mentor and develop the sales team, fostering succession planning and building future leadership capability
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, handling high‑level negotiations and representing the division in executive meetings

• Occasional regional travel to Japan, Thailand, and Mainland China (approx. 12 trips annually)

Requirements

• 7-10 years' commercial sales experience in office equipment or related industries, with at least 5 years in management
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Familiarity with distribution networks, wholesale operations, or retail chain dynamics preferred
• Strong industry connections with systems integrators are advantageous
• Native Cantonese, with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proven leadership, team collaboration, and results delivery
• Strong interpersonal and decision‑making skills
