Position: Marketing Executive (1-Year Contract)
Employment Type: Secondment Contract (Contract Employee)
Location: Wan Chai
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable

Job Description

1. Promotion Support (Integrated Marketing Communication and Food Culture Promotion)

  • Coordinate arrangements, contract procedures, and communications based on instructions from the headquarters.
  • Act as the local liaison for events and activities commissioned by the headquarters.
  • Provide support for business trips by visiting staff from the headquarters.
  • Assist in the implementation of locally commissioned integrated marketing communication activities, including:
    • Stakeholder hearing
    • Content planning and preparation
    • Public tender and contract procedures
    • Logistics and other arrangements
    • Translation and interpretation
    • Progress tracking
    • Coordination with contractors and on-site management
    • Report compilation and expense processing
    • Liaison and coordination with stakeholders

2. Support for Field Marketers

  • Manage contract execution, payment procedures, and related communications.
  • Receive and review monthly reports and submit them to the headquarters.

3. Export Support Platform Operations (Local Market)

  • Assist with platform-related tasks, including:
    • Stakeholder hearing
    • Preparations and logistics
    • Report compilation and expense processing
    • Participate in regular meetings.
    • Support business network expansion by:
    • Approaching wholesalers, restaurants, and retailers
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Attending interviews
    • Preparing meeting notes

4. Other Responsibilities

  • Manage general inquiries and act as the local contact point.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate promotion or sales; experience in the food industry is a plus.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese, Cantonese, and English, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in standard software applications (e-mail, web browsers) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Accurate and efficient in data entry and editing, with strong attention to detail.
  • Extension of the contract period and/or change in employment type after the contract ends is subject to discussion.
