About the company: Our client, a Japanese food trading company, they are looking for a Japanese speaking Secretary & Person Assistant to join their team.

Position: Japanese speaking Secretary & Person Assistant

Location: Tsuen Wan

Working Hour: Mon- Fri 9:00- 18:00

Salary: 28K- 30K/M

Job Description

  • Interpretation and Translation (e.g. documents related to Government) from Japanese to Cantonese & English
  • Accompany with the owner closely (Meal, Travelling, e.t.c.)
  • Attend in company events
  • Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments
  • Handling business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents
  • Travel arrangements
  • Assisting in other administrative and marketing tasks as needed
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • Responsible and attentive to details
  • secretary experience (F&B preferred) 5 years or above
  • Proficient in Japanese (N2 or above), English and Mandarin
  • Able to work in holiday as per request
