About the job

Our client are seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Specialist/Engineer to manage and operate key aspects of our company's IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing public cloud services, on-premises network equipment, and providing user support. You will play a crucial part in modernizing our Cloud Infrastructure solutions and supporting the digital transformation initiatives. This position requires collaboration with various internal teams, departments, and group companies.

Job responsibilities

•  Manage and operate multi-layer aspects of the company IT infrastructure, including public cloud services, on-premises network equipment monitoring, and user support.
• Cooperate with other teams/departments and/or other teams from group companies to provide modern Cloud Infrastructure solutions to accomplish project objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage company environment data networking and telecommunications, including support for group companies within the same office space.
• Support headquarter office's requests for audit-related information gathering and security assessment.
• Perform regular system maintenance and patch management.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Windows Server systems, network support, and infrastructure hardware (servers, backup, network).
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, with strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Solid experience with corporate networking (L2/L3 switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi) and cloud solutions, particularly Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Security Solutions, M365 Admin, and Intune management.
• Demonstrable problem management, troubleshooting abilities, and a strong security mindset. A well-organized, self-motivated, proactive learner, capable of working independently and as part of a strong team.

 Preferred:

• Experience with Enterprise Linux, enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Scripting skills for server administration (e.g., PowerShell, VBS, .NET, Linux batch).
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Good command of Mandarin.
