About the job Wholesales Officer
Our client is a fast-growing, well-established Japanese company with a strong global presence in the high-end retail sector. Known for their commitment to quality and craftsmanship, they specialize in the sourcing and distribution of premium branded goods across Asia and beyond.
They are now looking for a Wholesales Sales Officer to support their expanding B2B business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract potential B2B partners (locally and overseas)
- Conduct market research and analyze luxury product trends to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key wholesale clients
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service
- Track and report on sales performance; provide insights for continuous improvement
- Handle ad hoc assignments and support special projects when needed
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or related fields
- Wholesale or B2B sales experience is highly preferred, especially in luxury/fashion sector
- Native Cantonese who is fluent in English; Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good sense of fashion trends and luxury branding even better if you're a fast learner!
- Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office
- Willing to perform daily shift duties
Benefits:
- 5 days' week (9 days off per month), 10am to 7pm (shift)
- Discretionary Bonus (twice a year)

- Annual leave, 1st year: 11 days, max 16 days
