Accounting Manager

Work Location: Shatin

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am - 6pm

Monthly Salary: HK$60,000 - $65,000

As the Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our accounting department. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Report to COO
• Oversee accounting department daily operations and monitor entire month end closing process
• Oversee all activities related to cash flow, taxes, budget, forecast and strategic planning
• Identify deficiencies in internal control and potential risk, and provide solutions for improvement in control and operating efficiency
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration with professional qualification of CPA or equivalent is a must
• Over 5 years' relevant working experience in retail / F&B industry with at least 2 years managerial experience
• Strong computer knowledge particular in Excel operation platform i.e. Pivot table, Macro, VBA
• Experience in SAP and ERP system is preferred
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical mind and business sense
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
