Responsibilities:

• Planning, preparing, executing, and creating materials for promotions, events, and advertisements.
• Gathering and providing information on the advertising and promotion landscape in Hong Kong.
• Collecting and analyzing information on existing clients to identify business performance and trends, and assisting with credit investigations based on survey reports.
• Arranging the recommendation and contracting of media outlets, celebrities, talents, KOLs, and bloggers, as well as managing their involvement in shoots and events (including accommodation, transportation, and insurance arrangements).
• Undertaking overseas business trips as required (mainly to Japan).

Requirements:

• Ability to leverage personal experience to effectively convey the appeal of Japan to the Hong Kong market. (Working experience and Japan study experience is an advantage)
• Proven ability to thrive and take initiative in an autonomous work environment.
• Capacity for independent thought coupled with a results-driven approach.
• Native Cantonese, Good command of English and Japanese (JLPT N2 level or higher).
• Experience in advertising agencies, public relations (PR), event management, marketing, or media is an advantage
