Procurement Senior Supervisor

About the company: Our client, a Japanese electronics company is seeking a Procurement Senior Supervisor to join their team.

Position: Procurement Senior Supervisor
Location: Cheung Sha Wan
Working days: Mon- Fri, 9:00-18:00
Salary: Negotiable 

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with suppliers in Southeast Asia and China to establish solid, long-term OEM relationships
• Lead cost analysis initiatives to drive efficiency while ensuring premium product quality
• Participate in the full product development process, including reviewing samples, validating technical specifications, refining product formulations, and improving production processes
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure both cost-effectiveness and high quality
• Travel occasionally to countries such as China, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, India, and Vietnam to liaise with suppliers and oversee development activities

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelors degree or above
• At least 3 years experience in procurement; exposure to the OEM/ODM industry and automotive parts industry is a big plus.
• Fluent in both English, Chinese and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Possess excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
