About the job Client Relationship Management Officer
Our client excels in system development and consulting, delivering secure, low-risk solutions. Their services cover system development, customer support outsourcing, and EA (Expert Advisor) solutions for financial markets.
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
Working days: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary: negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve client inquiries via email and messaging platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle account setup procedures, including KYC verification and agreement processing.
- Assist in managing deposit and withdrawal transactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Native Cantonese with business-level English, plus conversational Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher). Native Japanese speakers are also welcome.
- Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience in any industry.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Self-driven team player with the ability to work independently.
