Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Working days: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary: negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve client inquiries via email and messaging platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Handle account setup procedures, including KYC verification and agreement processing.
  • Assist in managing deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Native Cantonese with business-level English, plus conversational Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher). Native Japanese speakers are also welcome.
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience in any industry.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Self-driven team player with the ability to work independently.
