Senior Accountant/ Accountant

Our client is an internationally recognized manufacturer of industrial machinery, with strong capabilities across aerospace, energy, marine, transportation, and air-conditioning sectors

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Working days: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary: negotiable

1) Senior Accountant/ Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handle Full set of Accounts, month-end closing & schedule
• Arrange payments and prepare accounting entries
• Review accounts prepared by other division
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and adjustments for group consolidation reporting
• Responsible for bookkeeping of several entities including but not limited to financial reporting, month-end closing, analytical review and account reconciliations
• Responsible for payroll tasks
• Handle and monitor cash flow
• Prepare Annual budget and forecast analysis
• Prepare supporting materials for the financial and internal audit
• Liaison with external auditors, tax advisors and Bank for overall financial & accounting operations

2) Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare division month end report
• Support annual auditing
• Maintain accurate up-to-day accounting records
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Accounting or equivalent
• 10+ years of Full set of accounting experience (Senior Accountant/ Accountant)
• 5 years of Full set of accounting experience (Assistant Accountant)
• Native Cantonese with fluency in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Attention to details and reliable with good initiative
• 1 to 2 years or above of audit experience would be an advantage
