IT Department Supervisor

Our client, a Japanese logistics company, is seeking a capable IT Department Manager to manage their internal systems, with a focus on system maintenance and development.

Position: IT Department Manager
Location: Fanling
Working Hour: Mon- Fri 9:00-17:30
Salary: 20K-25K/M

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support in-house Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other internal systems.
• Perform programming and system development tasks as needed.
• Provide maintenance and support, such as Logistics systems, Internal mail servers, Surveillance camera systems
• Handle IT troubleshooting and system maintenance based on direction from overseas IT teams.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to local users.

Requirements

• High Diploma or above
• 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• IT/system expertise, especially in system maintenance and programming (WMS experience is a plus).
• Programming ability and hands-on system troubleshooting skills.
• Native Cantonese speaker with good command of English.
