Job Responsibilities

• Manage new project development by coordinating effectively between customers and the engineering team.
• Handle material arrangements in production, ensuring accurate monitoring of figures using the system and advanced Excel.
• Prepare and arrange professional quotations for costing and tooling on finished goods.
• Resolve cost issues and manage excess or wastage materials resulting from changing specifications.
• Negotiate proactively with production plants and customers to keep deliveries tightly on schedule.
• Maintain regular internal communications and prepare reports for the Japan headquarters.
• Participate in occasional day-trip travel to the Shenzhen factory (approximately once a year) when required.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior position).
• Strong negotiation, numerical check, and Excel skills for effective cost and wastage control.
• Native Cantonese speaker.
• Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) ,English and Mandarin.
• High resilience with the ability to work under pressure and handle frequent overtime work when needed.
• Looking for a stable long-term career commitment
• Immediately available is a big advantage.
