Job Responsibilities
- 東京事務所における人事・総務全般の管理および運営
- 採用戦略の立案・実行、労務管理、社員教育体制の構築
- 総務実務(オフィスファシリティ管理、各種契約・規程の策定、社内環境整備)
- 香港本社との円滑な連携および進捗報告業務
- 現地スタッフのマネジメントおよびチームビルディング
- 立ち上げフェーズにおける社内制度・プロセスの確立
Requirements
- 日本語ネイティブの方
- 英語・中国語・広東語によるコミュニケーション能力(読み書き・会話/香港本社とのやり取り)
- 10年以上人事・総務分野における実務経験(マネジメント経験のある方歓迎)
- ゼロから組織や制度を作り上げることに強い意欲とやりがいを感じられる方
- 主動的、高いビジネスマナーとセルフマネジメント能力を備えている方

This position goes beyond standard administration; you will be acting as a "founding member" of the Japan branch, shaping organizational rules and culture from scratch. HR & Administration Manager (Local Hire)

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR and general affairs for the Tokyo office.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies, labor management, and employee training programs.
- Handle general affairs (office facility management, drafting contracts/regulations, and workplace setup).
- Ensure smooth collaboration and progress reporting with the Hong Kong headquarters.
- Lead team building and provide management for local staff.
- Establish internal corporate systems and operational processes during the startup phase.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese (written and spoken) for coordination with the HK headquarters.
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in HR and General Affairs (Management experience is highly preferred).
- Startup Mindset: Strong motivation to build an organization and its systems from zero.
- Professionalism: Proactive attitude with excellent business etiquette and self-management skills.
