About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and articulate Appointment Setters to join our growing B2B sales team. This role

involves reaching out to business professionals, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling qualified

appointments for our sales team. Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) or selling SaaS

products is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospects using a provided script and contact list

Identify and qualify potential leads based on campaign criteria

Schedule appointments with decision-makers for the sales team

Clearly communicate the value proposition of accounting or financial software products

Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system

Follow up with leads via phone, email, or SMS as needed

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Stay up to date with product knowledge and campaign guidelines

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting

Experience in B2B outreach is required

Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a strong advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable handling objections and navigating conversations with decision-makers

Proficient in using CRMs, dialers, and productivity tools

Goal-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling software, SaaS, or accounting-related services

Prior work in a call center or remote appointment setting environment

Basic understanding of small business accounting needs

Work Schedule: Shifting following US business hour
