About the Role:
We are looking for a customer-focused Inbound Sales Agent to handle incoming calls and inquiries for car parts.
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience and a strong interest or background in automotive parts.
This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to provide outstanding
service while maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers regarding car parts inquiries.
Provide accurate product information and assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling car parts and accessories.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Work closely with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in inbound sales (call center or retail environment).
Familiarity with cars or car parts sales preferred.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or order management systems.
Customer-focused, results-driven, and team-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in car or car parts-related services
Prior work in a call center in a sell campaign
Strong customer service mindset.
