About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all sales activities across multiple campaigns and accounts within the organization. This is a shared resource role responsible for driving performance, standardizing sales operations, and ensuring consistent execution across all sales campaigns. The Sales Operations Manager serves as the central authority for sales performance, directly supervising sales supervisors and team leads, and holding full accountability for productivity, conversion, revenue attainment, CRM discipline, and operational excellence across the center.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Revenue Management
- Own and oversee performance of all outbound sales campaigns across the center
- Set, monitor, and enforce sales KPIs, quotas, and productivity benchmarks
- Ensure consistent attainment of revenue, conversion, and reactivation targets
- Analyze performance trends and implement corrective action plans
- Drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness and efficiency
Leadership & Team Oversight
- Directly manage Sales Supervisors, Team Leads, and campaign managers
- Establish clear accountability structures and performance expectations
- Lead regular performance reviews, business reviews, and calibration sessions
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of sales leadership roles
- Act as escalation point for performance, staffing, and operational issues
Process, Systems & CRM Governance
- Standardize outbound sales processes, workflows, and best practices
- Own CRM governance, ensuring accurate data capture, pipeline hygiene, and reporting
- Partner with IT and Operations on system integrations, dialers, and CRM tools
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and client requirements
- Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports
Campaign Strategy & Optimization
- Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Clients to align campaign goals
- Support campaign launches, transitions, and scaling initiatives
- Review scripts, offers, lead strategies, and call flows to maximize conversion
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across campaigns and act proactively
- Ensure operational readiness for new outbound sales accounts
Quality, Coaching & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee call quality standards and coaching frameworks
- Ensure supervisors are delivering consistent, effective coaching
- Identify common objections, failure points, and skill gaps across teams
- Drive training improvements in objection handling, closing, and retention
- Promote a performance-driven, accountable sales culture
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager, Sales Manager, or Head of Outbound Sales. At least 3 to 5 years from a reputable call center.
- Strong background managing multi-campaign or multi-account outbound sales operations
- Deep understanding of sales KPIs, quotas, forecasting, and performance analytics
- Extensive experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly data-driven, process-oriented, and execution-focused
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, in-office, performance-driven environment
