About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Team Leader / Supervisor to lead a high-performing team of appointment setters

in a B2B sales environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, strong leadership

capabilities, and a background in accounting software preferably QuickBooks. This role is responsible for

ensuring daily targets are met, providing coaching and support to agents, and maintaining performance metrics

aligned with campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of appointment setters focused on B2B outreach

Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance performance and conversion rates

Monitor call quality, lead conversion, and daily/weekly performance metrics

Provide real-time support on objection handling and script adherence

Implement strategies to maximize productivity and ensure target KPIs are achieved

Collaborate with management and clients to align campaign goals and performance

Report on team performance, trends, and areas for improvement

Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members

Ensure the team maintains accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a call center or sales environment

Strong background in B2B sales appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound campaigns

Familiarity with or hands-on experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software (or experience

selling it)

Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills

Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance management

Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools, dialers, and productivity platforms

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working on SaaS or accounting-related campaigns

Experience with remote team management tools (if managing a remote team)
