About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and drive performance for a team of outbound sales representatives selling and reactivating meal prep subscriptions (similar to HelloFresh, CookUnity, and Blue Apron).

This role is hands-on and KPI-driven. The Supervisor is accountable for team productivity, conversion rates, quota attainment, CRM discipline, and overall revenue performance across both new customer acquisition and subscription reactivation.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for new sales and reactivations
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs (calls, contacts, conversion rates, revenue, reactivations)
  • Conduct daily huddles, call blitzes, and performance reviews
  • Implement corrective action plans for underperforming agents

Coaching & Quality Assurance

  • Coach agents on objection handling, closing techniques, and re-engagement conversations
  • Perform regular call monitoring and live call coaching
  • Ensure consistent use of approved scripts, talk tracks, and offers
  • Identify common objections, churn reasons, and coaching opportunities
  • Partner with management to refine scripts, offers, and sales strategies

CRM & Process Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM usage by all team members
  • Track pipeline activity, follow-ups, and reactivation campaigns
  • Generate and submit performance reports and forecasts
  • Enforce data integrity and compliance with sales processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing and operations to align lead flow, promotions, and targeting
  • Escalate customer issues and provide feedback on retention and churn drivers
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Supervisor, Team Lead, or Sales Manager, at least 2 to 3 years
  • Background in inside sales, telesales, or subscription-based consumer services
  • Strong understanding of quota management, KPIs, and performance analytics
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, or similar)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong coaching, accountability, and people management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office, performance-driven environment
