Job Overview:

We are looking for a Directory Assistance Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in locating telephone listings across residential, commercial, and government databases. If you have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months call center experience
• At least a Senior High School graduate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
• Willing to work onsite at our Sucat office
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule
• All interviews are conducted onsite
