Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organizationprimarily in operations and support functions. You will play a key role in ensuring that the company attracts and hires the best talent suited for a high-performance BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and walk-ins

Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability

Coordinate with hiring managers and business units to understand manpower requirements

Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure all candidate records are updated and accurate

Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between applicants and hiring teams

Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring activities

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Prepare and release job offers, and assist with pre-employment requirements

Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and provide regular reports

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field

At least 12 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Kalibrr, Indeed)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets and deadlines

Amenable to working night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in volume hiring or recruitment for voice/non-voice BPO roles

Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies

Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment tools
