We are seeking a motivated Itinerary and Destination Specialist to join our remote travel services team. In this role, you’ll help clients design and book unforgettable trips covering flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and unique experiences. Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, interests, and budget.
Research, plan, and book travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information on destinations, entry requirements, and travel policies.
Offer professional support and guidance before, during, and after each trip.
Maintain accurate records of client bookings and communications.
Qualifications
Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online research and booking tools.
Must be authorized to work in the United States or one of the following international locations:
