Requirements:
- 1-6 years of experience in recruitment and business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
