Position Type: W2 (Per Diem, Part Time, Full Time, Temp to Perm)
Shifts Available:
- Morning: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Overnight: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living support, including assistance with personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Develop and maintain positive, supportive relationships with clients.
- Implement care plans to meet individual needs.
- Promote the independence and social skills of clients.
- Accompany clients to appointments and community outings.
- Observe and document client progress.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Criminal Clearance (obtained within the last year).
- Recent Physical Examination (within the last 6 months).
- 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon test (within the last year).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
