Job Title: Direct Support Professional (Per Diem)
Location: Philadelphia
Hours: 10am - 2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm Monday - Friday - These are per diem/as needed
Compensation: $15 per hour. Weekly Pay
Eagle Staffing Company is in search of a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our client's day program team based in Philadelphia. Our client's facility is conveniently located along public transportation lines, ensuring ease of access.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Direct Support Professional, your duties will include:
- Delivering personal care to program attendees.
- Assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily living skills.
- Serving food during program hours and ensuring overall care.
- Enhancing the quality of life for our program participants by promoting independence and dignity at all times.
Credential Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
- Recent physical and TB test conducted within the past year.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination.
- PA Criminal Clearance within a year.
- Resume highlighting your relevant experience for the role.
