Eagle Staffing Company seeks compassionate and dedicated individuals for the temp to perm positions of Life Skills Professionals for a valued client based in Philadelphia.  Accessible by public transportation. Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Shifts Available:
  • First Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM
  • Second Shift: 4 PM - 12 AM
  • Third Shift: 12 AM - 8 AM

Compensation:

• $16.50 per hour

Locations:

• Montgomery County, Ardmore, PA

Essential Duties and Functions:

• Intervene in crisis situations and document all critical incidents.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of required site documentation, including observation checks, MARs, and daily shift notes.
• Support Participants in Recovery (PIRs) in maintaining the physical plant by monitoring and inspecting household chores, and manage daily census and other data entry tasks.
• Assess, plan, and help implement participant daily living activities in line with the Recovery Model.
• Collaborate with external agencies to deliver coordinated and effective rehabilitation services.
• Develop and update Recovery Support Plan (RSP) Goals with participants every 60 days, assisting with daily support.
• Report to Program Manager for any maintenance issues and help assess participants' strengths to tailor skill development approaches.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the social service field.
• Preferred: CPRP, CPS, WRAP certifications.
• PA criminal Clearance (within a year)
• Physical and TB (within 6 months)
• Covid Vaccination
• Must possess a current, valid State Drivers License.
